- Very relaxed working culture - Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional - Solid and relatively interesting product - Healthy results - Nice new and central office

Cons

- Unclear company strategy, for example with regard to another company that was absorbed, split out, then reabsorbed all in around a year - Little communication and consultation about the company goals and strategy to the rank and file employees
