Three rounds of phone screening then with the directors and then hiring manager. Overall a good experience but did not get an offer.they asked basic questions. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Very difficult for a job that isn't really important to them. Had a four-person panel interview for an internship. They asked things that did not pertain to the position at all and I was able to tell they just wanted a stress test for something you know they didn't care much about.
