      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Voodoo in Jan 2022

      Interview

The HR team was really professional and friendly. I had in total three interviews and a case study, it was not a big deal to spend a huge amount of time on the case study, what was disappointing was the reason they used in the end to refuse my application. "not enough experience ", which they knew since the start that I had no experience in the industry, but they can only find out about it after all the lengthy interviews and case study, that I still don't have enough experience. It's really a pity after all the time invested on both sides, I hope that they can improve on this for future candidates.
