The 1st stage was a 20-30 minute interview with the people director, speaking about my skills, motivations and experiences. The 2nd stage was with the Head of Digital Marketing, discussing the role in more depth and general behavioural and competency-based questions. The video call was on Google Meet. I sadly got rejected but the people I spoke to were very nice.
