      I got interview through Skype and it lasted about an hour or so. She asked me a couple questions to know what kind of person I am and if I am fit for the job. When she told me I'm hired, she explained the job roles and responsibilities.

      I had some email exchanges with the manager of Account managers. She saw that I was coming from Kigo. Then, I had a meeting face to face within 2 days during which I saw the office, the team and I understood the job. To finish I had a phone call.

      The only advice I gave was to be natural and to know the market. Indeed, the product is complicated to understand so a previous experience could be recommended but not mandatory.

      I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vreasy (Barcelona (Spain)) in January 2015.

      I met with at least five different people that had not looked at my resume nor knew that I was there for an interview that day. They were pleasant enough. The office was dark and looked messy and rundown. Then I waited 20 minutes for the CEO who showed me the product AGAIN and asked lots of non-commital questions. Impossible to understand what he was looking for. Then he gave me homework to do and I never heard from them again. Very unsettling and ambiguous end.

      I was invited to the Vreasy offices to discuss what type of role might suit me. Being a start-up, it is growing fast and they need all kinds of people. We spoke about my past experience and core skills. I was also introduced to the office and given a brief demo of the product. The process was collaborative, challenging and thorough but fair and certainly inspiring.
