I applied online for the role and was contacted to set up a phone call. We agreed on day/time of call and the interviewer called a day early. I double checked my email and indeed it was for the following day. The next day they called, BUT not at the time we had scheduled - 30 min early. This was fine since I already researched the company however it is a red flag to me. They need to button up their hiring process if they want to attract rockstar PM's.
