I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at WTW (London, England) in Feb 2015
Interview
I had three interviews and they were all fantastically organised and very quick. They asked me if I was interviewing anywhere else and at the time, I was, so they were able to act on that and ensure that they would be considered by me. That was much appreciated as the other company took forever to come back to me. When I got the offer from Willis, I accepted immediately. I heard back from the other company later that day but declined them.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at WTW (Chicago, IL)
Interview
I interviewed with the HR manager and she was totally real, honest about the job, and it was a really casual interview....and I got the job. I took a math skills test on at the interview before I met with the hiring manager. The job details were described to me before we did any real interviewing and the expectations were laid out for the position before any questions were asked of me.
