Interview
Easiest one I have ever had, did not even ask any questions. As long as you were able to pass the background check and the credit check you were able to get the job. Don't get me wrong once you get the job there is a lot of testing.

Didn't have any, as long as you pass the back ground check and test you get the job. It is seasonal though, even though I am still there past the season I am not a permit employee.
Very easy to go through, passed my certification. I can’t recall exactly how it went because it’s years since I became a Benefit advisor. I think once you pass your certification, they immediately take you in for training. If you passed training you start working on floor.

Interview
Fantastic experience and very quick response time in my experience. My first interview was held in the morning and it so happened that I was moved to the next step. The hiring manager had open Availability that afternoon for a video interview. I completed that and was offered the job. Great experience and very positive vibes.
