I attended a group interview, we then had one to ones where by they asked me why I wanted to work for the company, whether I knew the background of waitrose and did I have previous experience
Good interview proccess well communicated the manager felt human as opposed to some robot interviewing me. Started with a simple phone call then in person interview where i went into the local shop.

Great. Very casual, spoke about training. Enjoyed the process. They asked about what days and times I could work, and any areas I would like to focus on and career progression.
Very tough questions at group interview station. Super friendly interviewer but intimidating group of people. Seems they favour people with higher educational backgrounds. Discontinued application at this stage in the process.
