Two rounds of panel interviews with a cross section of employees. Second round was with Director level personnel to gauge cultural fit in the organization. Overall it was not very stressful as long as you have solid experience on which to fall back on.

Interview
Interview consisted of three 30 minute discussions with three separate people. It was hard to get a feel for the work and the culture in such a short amount of time. Interviews are a two-way decision and there needs to be more opportunity for candidate to get a full picture of what they are coming to.
