First you apply online then go in store for the assessment test the either you get an interview or you don’t. You will usually meet with the manager or assistant manager for the interview

They ask situational questions like: name a time you had to train someone. How did you teach someone. What were you’re methods. How do you know they were effective

Interview
The interview itself was very easy. Questions were predominantly about how to handle difficult customers, my availability, and my interest in the position. My interview lasted about 15-20 minutes and was centered around the expectations of the work I would need to carry out.
Typical retail interview, walked into the store and interviewed with store manager rather than hiring person. Were only interested in when I could start and if I felt comfortable in retail.
Very straightforward and went on for the interview in person. Staff was nice during the interview. Just went into the back office for a quick interview. Pay was talked about as well as duties.
