Interview
I did the application online. There were two parts to it. The first one I was able to complete at home, but the second part had to be completed at a store. After completing the second part I received a phone call 3 weeks later. The manager called me in and we had about a 20 minute interview. I was hired right then and there.
The interview wasn't difficult at all. In fact, it was the easiest one I have ever had. He had a sheet with the standard company questions. I'll try to list the ones I remember below.

I interviewed as a student in college and they understood my goal as a part time employee. They worked with my schedule and provided the right amount of training I needed for the job.

Interview
Hiring manager took me to a private room and asked me some basic questions about my resume. It was a very good experience. The atmosphere was relaxing and I felt heard.
