I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walgreens (Glendale, AZ) in Mar 2013
Interview
I applied online around January/Febuary and got a call in March about coming in for an interview. I called them back and we set up a time. I walked in about 5 minutes early for my interview and I told the cashier why I was there and she shouted to the back "We've got another one!" (Clearly they were just taking a bunch of applicants from online)
The store seemed a bit dirty and run down compared to other walgreens I've been in (it was in a kind of grosser part of town so made sense to me). The lady interviewing me asked very generic interview questions, "would you do if" questions, asked about my availability, and told me a little bit about what I would have to do if I got the job. She kept referring to me as "sweetie" or "honey" and it was very condescending and she talked to me as if she were talking to a child.
I received no call back after the interview whatsoever.

Question 1
Can you describe a time where you were in conflict with someone else(like someone being angry at you), and how did you solve it?
The interview process begins with a discussion with the manager to understand the role and expectations, followed by an interview that focuses on the candidate’s previous experience and its relevance to the position.
It was a quick and easy interview. It included very basic interview questions with the assistant manager. It did not last more than 5 minutes before I was offered a position.
It went well. I dont think I will take the job but I was happy talking to the store manager. The store was clean and everyone was nice and I would have been happy to work there
