The interview was fast and easy. The store manager was very polite and allowed for me to give my input on which shifts I would prefer. I had to take a mandatory customer service survey and drug test. I heard back from the company within a week and began working right away.
First I filled out an online application, then I was emailed an invitation to take an assessment that last about 20 minutes - and all the questions were about work styles and personality fit

Straightforward and to the point. Not many difficult questions for an entry level job. There were not many questions in general and it was mostly focused on how to handle difficult customer interactions.
Simple and quick. They just ask basic questions like what time you are available to work and what position interest you. They will adjust your working schedule if you are a student so no worries.
