The beginning of the interview starts with providing a brief summary of your work background. Then they'll ask why you are interested in the position and how your experience is relevant/will allow you to succeed and be a contributor in the role. They will also ask the standard strength/weaknesses questions as well as provide detailed patient situations/scenarios, and how you would approach/handle them.

Interview was conducted over the phone. It took approximately 40 minutes. The questions asked were mostly behavioral type of questions, not too hard to answer if you got some experience in the field.
