I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Walgreens (Deerfield, IL) in May 2022
Interview
Interviewed for contract IT project coordinator position with a product team for the digital pharmacy app. 2 managers on the call, one which kept asking very vague questions which I answered correctly on how to present to senior leadership, how to change a budget forecast...he seemed dissatisfied with all of my answers.

Question 1
2nd Interviewer asked why "most of my work history was 8 months long" I have done contract IT PC work for 10 years at many Fortune 500 companies. Have always fulfilled all of my contracts, usually 1-2 years except 2 that were 8 months because the project was cancelled. I have also been an employee for 7 years, 5 years and 4 years at various companies but those were beyond the 10 cap I put on my resume to prevent age discrimination.
Nice and Short. The interview was thorough and informative. The Walgreens recruiter was sure to make me feel welcomed. She explained the role and company details. They also talked about the flexible schedule

Interview
I spoke with two Space Management associates for a contracted position for Floor Planning help. Given that the position was temporary and out of my usual field of work, I felt that the questions asked were difficult to answer for a new comer. The interview felt more like a hazing session.

I was given a scenario very specific to their business and expected to create a solution on the spot. When I did as asked, my interviewers shared an inside joke with each other and laughed.
