The interview was great, I sat down with both the store manager and the assistant manager. They ask you about your work experience/history and then I did an assessment with them. They asked me questions and I responded with my own experience surrounding the question. Very friendly and welcoming environment right off the bat.

Two or three situational questions. And you have to give examples of a time you (helped someone, went above and beyond, etc.)
