Initial phone interview with hiring manager. Second interview scheduled over zoom with two team members — both in office together & present throughout the entire call. Neither was very enthusiastic & barely introduced themselves or their role/ how it'd relate to the current opening we were meeting about.

Interview
First things first - phone screening with the Principal UX Designer. Then an onsite interview consisting of a 2+ hour Q&A from various Design-related employees of that location. Staff were mostly nice, had some interesting conversations.
