The Walgreens interview process typically includes an initial phone or in-person interview focused on customer service, problem-solving, teamwork, and handling fast-paced situations, followed by a final management interview. Overall good experience

Question 1
Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer. What did you do
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walgreens in Dec 2010
Interview
Initial communication was quick. I received a call within two weeks of submitting my application. I applied around the holiday's, so my interviews were two weeks apart. The interview was well scripted. I had two interviews (one with store managers and one with district manager). I would recommend to future candidates that you have in mind some great customer service stories to tell when you go in for your interview.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer?
A questionnaire and that’s about it, I didn’t get passed the questionnaire and they didn’t say why I didn’t pass just that I didn’t and to not inquire as to why.

Question 1
Sitchuational awareness answers and management questions
I applied online. I interviewed at Walgreens (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Interview consisted of three 30 minute discussions with three separate people. It was hard to get a feel for the work and the culture in such a short amount of time. Interviews are a two-way decision and there needs to be more opportunity for candidate to get a full picture of what they are coming to.

Question 1
Just conversational, tell me about your experience type. Not really structured situational questions.
