I interviewed with three people (two project managers and one estimator). They were all very friendly and just wanted to get to know me. They didn't care to ask any stupid "tell us a time when you got into a fight with a coworker and how you went about diffusing the argument" kind of questions. The interview also only took about 25 minutes and they offered me the position relatively quickly.
