Waner Construction interview questions

The interview was really weird. I got put into a room immediately with 7 people that have been working there for what seemed like a very long time and it was extremely overwhelming and strange. Half of them came in first and then the other half came in 5 minutes later interrupting mid-interview. It felt like they wanted me to ask more questions of them in my own interview. Whole thing lasted 10 minutes, super weird.
