Started with a one on one with a more senior designer/lead. Next phase was a day of interviews with various members of the team covering everything from past experiences to hypothetical situations to see how you think.

Not really a specific question, but after I had explained a past design problem and how I solved it, we dove into some hypotheticals that changed the dynamic of the problem.
