Very good. Easy. Not long. Every question must have a what happened, what did you do, and what can you do better next time. I got ready now. Interviewer was very nice and explained questions I didn’t get.

It will be a panel interview with the regional manager and multiple General manger's. You must answer using the STAR method and will be judged on the short, sweet, clarity of your answer's.
