I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at We. Communications (Washington, DC) in Aug 2021
Interview
I had the privilege of working with both Tori and Jess throughout my interview process and they truly made it a seamless experience. When the first role I was poached about wasn't exactly what I was looking for as my next career move, they jumped on the phone to talk through other open positions. After settling on one role that both parties were excited to move forward with, we started the interview process again and I could not be more pleased with the conversations had. Though the process did take some time (between COVID and summer vacations that interfered at times with scheduling), I remain impressed by their HR team's consistency and transparency, as well as their enthusiasm for WE.

Question 1
Want to know about your interest in a role at WE, past professional experience, etc.
They asked standard public relations questions like "what is your media experience?" and "How many stories have you placed?" I met with a senior member of the team and then the senior vice president.
I applied online. I interviewed at We. Communications (New York, NY) in Feb 2021
Interview
I had a very pleasant initial conversation with the HR rep. She was very informative and described the culture of the organization. Then, I spoke to the hiring manager. It took a while to schedule the following call.

Question 1
Expected questions, why do you want this job, tell me about yourself... I thought I did well and when asked for feedback as to why I was not moving on to the next step, I received a very vague answer.
