      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WeWork in Feb 2017

      Interview

Six separate interviews starting with HR, then with an East Coast manager, followed by two separate interviews with sales and operation folks at the city level where I would be working, two additional interviews with another two sales managers. Three video conferences; Three in-person interviews. Constant rescheduling of interviews - I was rescheduled three times usually within the hour of the interview. The last two interviews with higher-level managers were not helpful - they were unprepared and most of the conversation centered around getting-to-know-you questions. There has been very little communication since the final interview. WeWork definitely needs to communicate to candidates if they are investing the time to do six interviews. To date, still no definitive answer if they are moving forward or not.

      Interview

Had 3 interviews, screening, manager and sales partner. The screening call was normal easy, and the hiring manager was more about teamwork. the sales partner questions were more inline with what technical sales experience I had.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at WeWork (New York, NY) in Apr 2021

      Interview

Long process that was about 5-6 rounds that were pretty repetitive. Could have consolidated into 4 rounds instead of having me come in for pretty much the same step in the process. Did enjoy the real time case study activity as it was something new.

      Question 1

Given the types of work spaces wework has, design an event concept and how would you drive attendance

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at WeWork

      Interview

The process was very redundant. My first interview got rescheduled. She later emailed me back and set up another interview. The first interview went great and was very transparent with the position. I was later set up for another interview that asked me all the same questions . Second interview was a major turn off due to recruiter solely focusing on why I’m leaving my current job. I have over 10 years of sales experience and I’ve never had someone focus on that during 80% of the interview.
