I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WeWork in Aug 2015
Interview
This is the most unprofessional and disorganized interview I’ve ever experienced with any company. I received an email from WeWork in the US inviting me for an online interview within a week of submitting my application online. I registered for an interview slot as requested. 20 minutes before the scheduled interview I received an email from the community lead in London informing me that they would not proceed with my application. I was confused to say the least. Then the Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition at WeWork in the US called me via Skype 30 minutes later than the time we had arranged. I answered and she asked me to wait and she continued to type on the keyboard and had another conversion with someone else. When she finally conducted the interview, she looked away from the screen doing other things while I was talking to her which was distracting and she seemed not bothered. I specifically asked her to explain their recruitment process and she informed me that she would forward my application to the Expansion Lead in London and that they would contact me within 2 weeks. Of course this did not happen. Looking at the several reviews I can see that I’m not the only one who had such a bad interview experience with them.

My questions.
Initial fielding call with the talent agent, followed by three separate follow-up interviews with various levels of management and concluding with a final comprehensive interview conducted by the local on-site team.
The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
