WeWork Senior Lead, Creative Operations interview questions

62 Day Process - Extreme waste of time, lack of clarity on interview process, interviewers not prepared. I applied July 29th and did not hear a final decision until September 28th. I did not receive an offer but was asked to complete 5 interviews when I was initially told that there would only be 3. I continually asked during the process what the timeline was to the two different HR personnel who were coordinating my interviews but was ignored. Also many of the interviewers either looked bored, not sure why they were speaking with me, or did not prepare any questions.
