WeWork Software Engineer III interview questions

Technical phone screen with screen-share coding exercise overseen by senior engineer, followed by on-site interview. On-site consisted of 3 separate interviewers, all senior or principal engineers, discussing open-ended problem solving exercises. One interviewer had a new hire shadowing him to get insight into the interview process. Final meeting was on-site with the engineering director, mainly to confirm cultural fit.
