I applied online. I interviewed at Webbing (Petah Tikva) in Mar 2026
Interview
1) HR Screening call - 15 minutes. Regular questions (Tell me about yourself etc.)
2) Home assignment (3 Excel tasks + 3 SQL tasks). They gave me 48 hours to complete it. SQL part was much easier for me;
3) Interview with manager - 1 hour. Manager mentioned that it's the last interview round before offer.
The HR and the team manager were pleasant and professional throughout the process.The interview left me with a good feeling, despite not receiving an offer.

Question 1
- Do you have an experience with negotiations?
- Tell me about yourself
Probably the most unprofessional interview I’ve ever had in my career. Scheduled an initial interview with one person to talk about the role and my experience.
First off, there was someone on the call who wasn’t on the invite. Felt like they wanted to “trick” me by surprising me with a technical interview when framing it as something else.
Secondly, I made my experience very clear with what I knew and did not know. Even so, the surprise engineer continued to ask me very specific questions that obviously did not pertain to my experience. It seemed like he wanted someone who had exactly the same background he had. He was extremely condescending, and I was ready to leave the interview after 5 minutes.
Lastly, the other interviewer ended the call telling me to prepare for an interview next time and girl power!
I would avoid this company due to their condescending/unprofessional culture.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Webbing in Apr 2024
Interview
Went through a few interviews and was open about my experience at the start, but after the technical task, I was asked to go to their office again so they could tell me I was not considered anymore for that role. Could have had an email because I had to drive 45 minutes to and from the office.
