I interviewed at Wellstar Health System
Fairly easy . The interviewer only asked questions pertaining to my medical background. She was nice and very attentive . I was told after the interview that I had a job
- Basic info about past work experience

I interviewed at Wellstar Health System (Austell, GA)
There was no interview. I was transferred due to closing of Wellstar AMC back in 2022. I had the option to choose another location, so I chose Austell as it is the closet to home.
- Transferred due to AMC closure

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Wellstar Health System
The interview process was pretty lengthy until I found a contact to help push my application forward. Be sure to find out who hiring manager is and send a brief email to express your interest.
- Can you handle high volume?

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Marietta, GA
I applied online. I interviewed at Wellstar Health System (Marietta, GA)
Quick and easy. Two interviews, the first one was better than the second. The first interview was with one person and the second one was with two or three people. Both interviews were ok, but I never heard back from them.
- Standard questions. They kept asking about volume.

I interviewed at Wellstar Health System (Atlanta, GA)
The interview was very impersonal. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good healthcare is all about.
- My experience in the different place I have worked.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wellstar Health System
I waited in the waiting room for about 5-10 minutes and then was brought back to the manager's office. She went over my resume and asked me typical interview questions.
- Why do you want to work for Wellstar? Why do you want to be a medical assistant? What are your strengths/weaknesses?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at Wellstar Health System
Phone interview with recruiter that was very one-sided. It was basically a verbal application for the position where you simply confirmed the answers you had on your submitted application. This was followed up by an zoom interview with one of the VPs from the department.
- Tell me about how you've developed / executed long-term growth plans.

I applied online. I interviewed at Wellstar Health System
Interview process was fair and fairly quick! Heard back the same week after one round of interviews. Also was able to negotiate, so new grads don’t be ashamed or afraid to negotiate!
- Tell me why you chose nursing? How would you describe or teach something to a patient ?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Wellstar Health System in Mar 2023
Two Zoom interviews, call with coworkers, wait on Talent Requisition. No call, found out I was not selected through their dashboard. The manager was very engaging and nice. Connected with one of the coworkers over the phone, the other sounded like she was in a hurry to get off of the phone. I miss in person connection.
- Would I be flexible to work in the other clinics offered

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at Wellstar Health System
Wasn’t good at all. Felt like the person interviewing me was rushing and wasn’t really paying attention to anything I was saying. Never putting another app in for wellstar ever
