Other customer service-oriented questions: 1) Tell us about yourself. 2) Tell us about a situation that you de-escalated it. 3) Tell us about a situation in which you had to learn new difficult computer/ technological skills and how did you go about it? 4) You are working at a gate and there is a guest that appears to be intoxicated, how would you handle it?
