I was recruited out of college, there was an interview on campus then a second interview in Chicago. Both interviews were a 2 on 1 interview style and lasted almost an hour.

The strengths and weaknesses of previous managers.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at White Lodging in Jan 2016
Interview
I sent an email with my resume and cover letter along with referral from a current White Lodging Associate. Within a week I received a phone call with my now, manager. That phone call set up a phone interview, which led to several online assessments, which led to 2 more interviews.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with an upset customer. Pretty basic stuff first round. After that the interviews were similar to each other but very different in that go through your whole career starting with college or high school. Same questions each time. I assume looking for patterns.

Interview
Very long and detailed interview process. They were very good about communicating with me through out the process and informing me of the next steps. They asked a lot of great questions which made me feel like they were doing their job to find the right person.
