My interviewer was a little passive aggressive and when I was asked if I knew how to do a vlookup on excel, I told I her I had previously worked with it and would probably be comfortable with it after a refresher. She seemed very skeptical about my skills despite my education and experience on my resume and being reached out by their recruiter to interview for the position.

Great process-- invited me upstairs to the CEO quarters -- very charismatic guy. However -- things weren't clear as to what he wanted from the position -- thus things didn't work out
