      Good people, but pay and benefits are disappointing

      Pros

      Good people overall but no benefits to working here and you will never reach a good work life balance. The raises are the same every year.

      Cons

      Stingy benefits Went from wfh to bringing everyone to office Pay is atrocious, zero room for raises - they rather you quit than pay you more Bonuses barely afford a tank of gas Felt very disrespected - occasionally could overhear company talk down on certain nationalities, religions, and politics
