After that comes the worst part.After sending various emails and telephonic conversations with their HR,they always replied that they are working on it and reviewing it. Then after one month or so said that the profile is now on hold.Then they unnecessarily just to avoid the hassle told me that they are not going with the candidature and giving the task as the reason for rejection. Worst experience of interview and candidate management. One good suggestion i want to give to your company is that you guys need to improve your interview process. Just a small thing and you guys delay it till the candidate himself gets frustrated asking the same question about feedback. Worst interview process.
