I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Wise (Tallinn) in Jul 2021
Interview
It is a good process but the video part it's stressful and honestly makes anyone such nervous that you could forget your own name.
But still was a good experience, they are careful and gives us the feedback really soon even when you did not get the position, which is good.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Wise
Interview
Even though the video interview couldn't happen because of the current pandemic situation and they decided not to hire anyone for that position for now, they sent me a long email explaining everything and apologised saying they will keep me updated if the position will be reopened, which was very professional of them. Prior to the cancellation, everything was also going very well and they are very responsive to emails.
