Wise Senior Full Stack Developer interview questions

They are not really sure about their interview process. They always tell one thing but it happens differently. I had initial round with hiring manager, who told me since I have already cleared online technical test I will be called for face to face. But I was sent online test again. After clearing online test and appearing in face to face technical round (which were the only rounds, as described to me). I was to submit a solution with REST service in two hours. WhenI submitted it, I was rejected, no questions asked on design decision or approach or trade off. Feel like screening after appearing in 4 rounds. When I mentioned this answer was "your design is not strong enough and we had a great response for this role, so we will not continue, but you reappear directly for technical round after few months".
