My points to say
If you want to be HR, you need only few skills - samalification, saying lies, trying to say anything to reject a person, not respond to emails and do whatever to reject the person

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WorkSpan (Prague) in Aug 2019
Interview
My overall experience with the interview rounds gets 5*
After a call with recruiter you may expect to work on an assignment. You'll get one-week limit but the actual work can be done in 1 day. If other engineers are happy with your work then you'll be invited for a technical screening with 2 other engineers separately. And after you pass these there is last round with CEO of the company to assess the overall fit.
I don't recall any other company giving feedback so fast. It was matter of units of hours to receive the outcome after the technical rounds as well as after the final round with CEO.
And as this is a remote position, also the whole interview was conducted remotely.
