Interview
I applied online.
My interview experience was extremely disappointing. The interviewer, who had less experience than my 3 years in the industry, seemed unqualified to assess my skills. He asked about the topics that weren't even mentioned in my resume, such as transitions in Power BI and making changes to the project's main fact and dimension tables. It's unrealistic to expect that someone working in a large MNC, like I have, would be granted free rein over such critical components, especially as a fresher.
It’s baffling that a startup would adopt such an inefficient and overly complex interview process, with unnecessary rounds and an interviewer who lacked the maturity to understand the nuances of an MNC versus a startup. I strongly suggest that they involve senior professionals who have a real understanding of evaluating candidates and streamline their interview process to reflect the agile nature of a startup, not the cumbersome practices of a large corporation."

Interview
Around 100 candidates applied for this, and the requirements were not even higher than those of 4-5 candidates. They were rejecting after only one round of interviews. There was no technical interview, not even a single assessment to check whether the candidate was fit for the role or not. After one day, almost everyone received rejection mail. Along with that, it was mentioned that our company also offers training and placements in the fields of data engineering and full stack software development, which can upskill you. Please register if you would be interested in attending the training so that we can send you the details. Why have they wasted our time and effort if these people want to advertise their course?
