Interview
The interview process is transparent and technical, including a soft skills assessment. The process begins with a written assessment followed by an oral interview. One drawback, though, is that they take a long time to notify you of the outcome. The whole process can take up to six months.

Question 1
Being a Christian organization, one of the questions will be centred on faith.
There were a phone interview and pre-screen questionaire, a written test and an oral interview and the process takes around 3 hours. However, the whole process from applying to getting the job was quite long, about 1.5 months.
