Very easy--first, I got a call from HR asking to confirm basic information and expanding on some points on my resume. Additionally, I believe I was asked some questions on why the company/behavior. Then, she called to schedule an interview with my manager. This was very straightforward, just talking about my past experience and how they could relate to position. The company is incredibly focused on culture, so make sure to seem approachable.
