It was a very pleasant experience interviewing with Wunder Mobility. The process took about 3 weeks. It was a really tough decision for me to reject the offer. Every single person I talked with was super helpful and friendly throughout the process. Step 1: Screening call with recruiter. It was an introduction call about the company and to question me about my experience and motivation to join the company. Step 2: Take home code test using Typescript and OOP. Pretty simple and could be done in 3-5 hours time easily. Step 3: Tech interview with two engineers from the team. It felt more like a conversation with your colleagues. They were super chill and friendly. The questions were around my experience, Code tests and projects I had done in the past and around latest happenings in tech. Step 4: Interview with Head of Engineering. This was similar to a conversation as well. It was a mix of tech and non tech questions. I was able to ask him a lot of questions around the way things are done at the company and where I would be fitting in. A day after the final interview, I received my offer. The offer was very competitive but in the end I decided to proceeded with another offer.

I applied at the company, after some days I got email from HR for an interview. That interview went well and a take home assignment was given to me. After solving the problem I had to wait for around 8 days and got email for technical interview. Technical interview went okay, it was not that difficult and most of questions were related to Typescript and general programming. I was expecting a response after some days but did not get. After around 5 days I emailed HR to give me response but no reply from HR team. After 2 days got an email that they have decided not to move with my application. I asked the reason but unfortunately no reply from HR again.
