The interview was conducted in a panel format with members of the Project Management team and the hiring manager. It was a structured discussion focused on my experience with OPERA migrations, project delivery, and cross-functional coordination. The panel asked a mix of technical and project management questions related to managing large-scale system upgrades and handling risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. I was not informed beforehand that the interview would be a panel format.
