45 minute interview asking about my background in nightlife and what Encore Beach Club is like. Point of emphasis was that EBC is a huge club (3,500 person capacity) and urgency is one of the main things they stress. Also gave details about job, such as normal working hours, social media requirements, and guest list requirements.
