XYZ Films interview questions

Good interview process very formal and understanding. The interviewers were experienced and knew what it requires to be a Research assistant there so be prepared. I got a good offer but I declined since I got a better offer at other place. But I do think it will be a good place to work at.

Began with an initial phone screening by my potential direct report, followed by a group interview with multiple execs of the department I was applying to. It was all pretty fast - from initial request for screening interview to hiring offer was 10 days. I also completed a writing test.
