Good work environment. Friendly people. Great to have on your resume.
Cons
Pay is incredibly low and the growth trajectory is long and drawn out. They'll hire someone from outside and pay them way more than you for the position that you should have been promoted to, before they would ever train you and promote you to the level you want to be from within in a reasonable time frame (they'll want 5+ yrs minimum).
