The process was well organized. I had two technical interviews with great relevant questions that can reveal your skills. There is an IQ online quiz that you must take two times.

Test a web application (like a flight booking web site).
Test a real world object.
SQL commands (filtering data).
Write a code for finding unique strings in two different documents.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Xactly Corp. (Bengaluru)
Interview
I was hired on contract. So nothing much to say here. The usual interview has 5 or more rounds I believe. For me it was more of a technical decision with the hiring manager
