The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Xactly Corp.
Interview
It was a very smooth interview process and all the people involved were very nice as well. The interview questions were pretty standard, but not basic. If you have a good knowledge base and a good personality, you can definitely crack it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xactly Corp. (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Interview process was very smooth and transparent.
I received a call for interview from one of the recruiters in Xactly.
Noah Kaufman (recruiter) called me to set up an online Maths and logics test.
Then Scheduled a 1 on 1 interview ti discuss on the next steps and asked a few basic technical questions.
After passing these rounds, I was scheduled for a technical round via Zoom video and it was pretty transparent.
They asked technical questions to solve live and the result was provided quick
Noah got all the process steps done pretty fast unlike a majority of companies out there.
After clearing the technical round I was scheduled for an onsite interview which was primarily Behavioral to understand how well I fit into the work culture.
Kudos to constant followup by Noah to make possible for very quick and transparent interview process
