Initial Screening: The process usually starts with an online screening where candidates are shortlisted based on their resume, basic qualifications, or a preliminary call.
Group Discussion (GD): Shortlisted candidates may then participate in a group discussion to assess communication skills, team collaboration, and critical thinking.
Personal Interview (PI): Those who do well in the GD move on to a personal interview (either online or in-person) to evaluate their personality, problem-solving abilities, and fit for the role.
HR Round (First): This is a conversation with the HR team where they discuss expectations, company culture, and gather more information about the candidate.
Salary Discussion: If the candidate clears the previous rounds, there's a salary negotiation/discussion phase where compensation and benefits are finalized.
Joining & Onboarding: Once everything is agreed upon, the candidate receives an offer letter, joins the company, and goes through the onboarding process — getting familiar with the company policies, team, and work setup.
Second HR Round / Re-screening (if needed): In some cases, another round of HR screening may be done, especially if the role has changed or more clarity is needed.
Training: The candidate undergoes training to understand tools, systems, and job-specific tasks.
Final Face-to-Face Interview: After training, a final in-person interview might be conducted to ensure the candidate is ready and aligned with the company’s expectations.
