Interview
Initial Screening: The process usually starts with an online screening where candidates are shortlisted based on their resume, basic qualifications, or a preliminary call.
Group Discussion (GD): Shortlisted candidates may then participate in a group discussion to assess communication skills, team collaboration, and critical thinking.
Personal Interview (PI): Those who do well in the GD move on to a personal interview (either online or in-person) to evaluate their personality, problem-solving abilities, and fit for the role.
HR Round (First): This is a conversation with the HR team where they discuss expectations, company culture, and gather more information about the candidate.
Salary Discussion: If the candidate clears the previous rounds, there's a salary negotiation/discussion phase where compensation and benefits are finalized.
Joining & Onboarding: Once everything is agreed upon, the candidate receives an offer letter, joins the company, and goes through the onboarding process — getting familiar with the company policies, team, and work setup.
Second HR Round / Re-screening (if needed): In some cases, another round of HR screening may be done, especially if the role has changed or more clarity is needed.
Training: The candidate undergoes training to understand tools, systems, and job-specific tasks.
Final Face-to-Face Interview: After training, a final in-person interview might be conducted to ensure the candidate is ready and aligned with the company’s expectations.

Interview
The interview was pretty standard, with a potential direct supervisor and I believe a VP. A lot of questions you'd expect in an interview with no real curve balls or surprises.

Interview
This was a year ago, but I'm just now getting around to reviewing. I did one interview, then was scheduled for a second interview. After the second interview, they said they would reach out to let me know if I moved on to the third interview, but they completely ghosted me after that...they wouldn't even reply to my emails.
Whatever the reason, it was rude and unprofessional not to reply to emails after two interviews that both ended on good notes, even just to tell me if they hired someone else.

Question 1
As I recall, they were mostly questions about my past experience, future ambitions and expectations.
